What is a Hardware Fingerprint? |

Each copy of Audit XL is licensed to be used on a specific
computer. In order for Krihos International to issue a registration code, you must provide the
'Hardware Fingerprint' for your computer.
After you have installed Audit XL on your computer, you can obtain your 'Hardware Fingerprint' in one of two places.
Option 1. When you first start Audit XL, click the ENTER KEY button.
Your computer's 'Hardware Fingerprint' will be displayed in the dialog box.
Option 2. Open a content module in Audit XL. On the HELP menu click ABOUT. Your computer's 'Hardware Fingerprint' will be displayed in the About screen.
